You can open the door of a Mazda 3 with a tennis ball — just burn a small hole in the ball, line it up over the lock mechanism, then push it as hard as you can. The ball forces air into the locking mechanism, which causes it to spring open. See the video for more.

Well, in my opinion, the answer is no. Outside of the lottery, luck doesn’t just swoop down and choose you. As much as my attorney friend would like to have it be reality, luck has had nothing to do with the path my life has taken. I put myself in the position for something to happen and it only happened because I had the will to put myself there.

During the last 5 days, Mechanical Turk workers looked at more than 560,000 images from 3 satellites, covering nearly 3,500 square miles of ocean. A group of experts is currently reviewing the images that workers identified, and sending their results to the appropriate authorities.

Consequently, these lightworkers either do empty work they don’t enjoy but which pays OK, or they do purpose-centered work that hardly pays anything. They end up sacrificing either their purpose or their income, since it’s very, very challenging to satisfy both at the same time. But this either-or decision takes a toll in the long run. It’s hard to stay on purpose if you’re worried about paying the rent, and it’s hard to generate good income if your work doesn’t inspire you.
